CEO Statement

Dear Students & Visitors

A declaration by its Managing Director concerning its core policies.
It gives me great pleasure to make the following declaration.

Student to Teacher Ratio
There are no more than 20 students to 1 trainer in any of the Institute’s classes.

Classrooms
The Institute utilises external seminar facilities, with seating capacities up to 20 students.

Teaching Staff
The Institute has 3 full-time trainers, and 6 adjunct trainers.  

Redress of Grievances

At The Institute, we encourage feedback, both positive and negative, from our students.
Such feedback will assist us to understand our students better and to improve the quality of our services.
Students can offer feedback directly to the Sales Consultant. The Consultant is authorized to resolve any
minor grievance directly with the student, before it escalates to a major grievance.In the event cases when
students are still dissatisfied after resolution by the Consultant/ Executive, they can submit a formal grievance
feedback via completing the “IETD Feedback Form”. This form can be obtained at Sales and Marketing
Department and the Student Services Department. Alternatively, students can also submit an
online “IETD Feedback Form”.

Refund Policy for Certification & Diploma Programmes
